The Adult Outpatient and Enhanced Outpatient Programs at Directions for Living provides treatment for mentally ill adults. We assess and treat a wide variety of illnesses, including depression, bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, panic disorder, anxiety disorder, mood disorder, borderline personality disorder, alcohol abuse, drug abuse, schizophrenia, anger management issues, as well as many other mental health and substance use issues.

The Children's Outpatient Program (COP) at Directions for Mental Health provides a variety of integrated therapeutic services for children ranging in age from infancy to late adolescence. Therapists provide individual and family therapy for children and families struggling with a wide range of challenges, including coping with loss or trauma, depression, bipolar, emotional issues, behavioral issues, ADD, ADHD, ODD, as well as alcohol and drug issues. Staff work collaboratively with the families we serve, as well as others in their support networks, to assess and address their needs.
